Music and Enlightenment
This is a silly title for me. I have no idea what enlightenment means. I do know that people can mentally travel to another place. It’s not an easy task because the ego is deeply embedded in our consciousness. I also know that there is no one way to proceed.
For me, the best approach is to listen to inspirational music meditatively. With this in mind, the ten songs on the “Soul Affirmation” CD have become a part of my regular routine. Ken’s powerful lyrics and Amy’s beautiful voice take me to a place of beauty and love. The challenge is to live the rest of the day from this special place.
